After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation with all the details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping information to track your order.
It varies by product when it comes back in stock. Leave your email address on the product page to receive an email as soon as your size is back in stock. Also keep an eye on our social media for restock announcements.
Orders placed before 10 p.m. will be shipped the same day. If your order is not received within a few business days, the item you ordered may have a longer delivery time. Delivery times are listed in the product description. Please contact customer service for more information.

Sure! You can return an item, provided it is unworn and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. To request a return label, please visit our returns page.
Sure! Please email our customer service department to request an exchange. Then create a return label via the return link for the size you don't want to keep. We will then send you the new size at no charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders as they are automatically processed in our system. After you have received the order, you can of course return it.
