After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation with all the details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping information to track your order.
It varies by product when it comes back in stock. Leave your email address on the product page to receive an email as soon as your size is back in stock. Also keep an eye on our social media for restock announcements.

Address changes are possible until shipment. After shipment, we cannot change the address.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service, provide details about the item received incorrectly, and send photos for verification. We will resolve it quickly for you.
How annoying! If an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service department and attach the photos below. We need these photos to start an investigation. Without these photos, we will unfortunately not be able to process your claim. An investigation takes an average of 10 working days.
Required photos:
- The opened package containing all received items
- The shipping box from all sides
- The shipping label with a clearly legible address and barcode
We apologize if you have received a damaged item. Please let us know within 3 days of receipt by contacting our customer service department. Please send clear photos of the item and the damage itself, in addition to the photos of the package and shipping box mentioned above. We will resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible.
First, check whether the package has been left with neighbors or around the house. Still can't find it? Then email us immediately, and we will start an investigation with the parcel service. We will send you a "Non-Receipt Declaration" form, which you can fill out, sign, and return to us.
Sure! You can return an item, provided it is unworn and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. To request a return label, please visit our returns page.
Returns are processed within 14 days of arrival at our distribution center. Once this has been done, you will receive a confirmation email and the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
You can see when the package has been delivered via the track & trace of your return shipment. Has your return not been processed after 14 days? Please contact our customer service via email.
Of course! You can request an exchange via the returns page on our website and select the desired size there. If it is in stock, we will send it to you free of charge. If the size is not available, you will automatically receive a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders as they are automatically processed in our system. After you have received the order, you can of course return it.
Once you have received the confirmation email, the refund will be on its way. Depending on your bank's processing time, the amount will be credited to your account within a few business days.

Customs fees may apply for orders from overseas. Hidden Hills unfortunately cannot be responsible for customs or import charges upon receipt; these must be covered by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office with any questions regarding taxes.
