All-round Brand Assistant - Keizersgracht, Amsterdam - Full-time

Overview

We are looking for an All-round Brand Assistant to work closely with the founders and help with everything it takes to grow Hidden Hills. From marketing and PR to shoots, emails, influencer management and day-to-day organization - you understand our world and make sure everything runs smoothly.

You are creative, organized and proactive. One day you're helping with a content shoot, the next day you're planning a campaign, liaising with creators or answering emails on behalf of the team. No day is the same, and that's just what you like.

Who we are

Hidden Hills is a fast-growing women's fashion brand from Amsterdam, founded in 2021 by Julia & Victor. We design loungewear, streetwear and denim with eye-catching branding, luxurious fits and high-quality materials.

What you will do

• Assist with marketing, PR and social media activities.
• Assist with shoots, events and product launches.
• Keep in touch with influencers, creators and partners.
• Manage inboxes, calendars and daily communications.
• Help with content selection, shop updates and logistical tasks.
• Think about new ideas and improvements - big or small.

Who you are

• 1-4 years of experience in a creative, marketing or operations role (fashion/lifestyle is a plus).
• You have a sense of style, social media and branding.
• You are structured, enthusiastic and practical.
• You switch effortlessly between tasks and keep an overview.
• You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Bonus points: experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or Adobe.
