Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can do this using our electronic withdrawal feature, which is available on our website.
Using the electronic withdrawal function
1. Click the “Submit Withdrawal” button on our website.
2. Review your order details and explicitly confirm your decision to withdraw.
3. You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email).
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of this refund.
We may delay the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returning Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to cancel. You have met the deadline if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what was necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
