Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Hidden Hills of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can do this by using our online withdrawal form, which is available on our website.

Using the Electronic Withdrawal Function

  1. Click the "Submit Withdrawal" button on our website.
  2. Verify your order details and explicitly confirm your decision to cancel.
  3. You will receive an automatic acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) without undue delay.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are notified of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process this refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Returns

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
